The membership of the DCP is extensive, as each of the Thematic Partnerships has its own way of working, and sub structures. The Thematic Partnerships themselves differ as their evolution, in most cases, has been in response to need – reflecting the priorities for regeneration and renewal in Dudley Borough, and some pre-date the formation of the DCP. As a result some will have additional agenda focus as well as focusing upon Community Strategy and LAA priorities.
The Thematic Partnerships are responsible for delivering services and changing the way that services are delivered to improve the quality of life for the people of Dudley. The priorities for each of the Thematic Partnerships is set by the DCP Board, as identified within the Community Strategy.
The Thematic Partnerships are to adopt a generic set of terms of reference, as a minimum standard, which outlines the role and remit of the Thematic Partnerships in greater detail. These are currently being updated and will be added to this page when completed.
