Dudley's Neighbourhood Renewal Fund
Dudley received substantially less NRF than other Black Country boroughs as the amounts are allocated based on the levels of disadvantage existing within an area, as determined by the Index of Multiple Deprivation. A number of different activities were funded by NRF in Dudley during the first 5 years of the programme 2000/01-2005/06, contributing to the National Neighbourhood Renewal Floor Targets
Dudley’s continuing receipt of NRF was possible due to the Dudley Community Partnership securing a positive annual assessment (amber / green) rating via an annual performance assessment, demonstrating its work as a partnership and the impact of its work on Neighbourhood Renewal Floor Targets.
