Jobcentre Plus is currently going through a major period of change in its service delivery and management structure. By October 2006 there will be 14 Jobcentre Plus Offices in the Black Country including 3 in the Dudley Borough in Dudley, Stourbridge and Halesowen. To date (October 2005), only Stourbridge has rolled out to deliver the new services to customers. The jobshop in Merry Hill will close in 2006, as the move to Jobcentre Plus integrated service delivery sites continue. Jobcentre Plus (JCP) will though look to see if resources allow for a delivery of services from non-JCP premises, and currently there is a JCP Adviser based in the Jobsplus Shop in Brierley Hill. |
