Executive Board
The Partnership Structure and governance arrangements are currently under review and will directly impact upon the below. The overall aim of the Dudley Community Partnership is to implement our Community Strategy to make communities in Dudley stronger and more sustainable. The impact of everything we do will be judged against this aim. We will achieve this by bringing together the commitment, resources and creativity of our partners to collectively improve the quality of life for all people in Dudley and by specifically addressing inequalities The Board is positioned at the head of the Partnership’s structure but takes advice from and works with the Partnership’s thematic partnerships and other sub-groups. The Board is made up of representatives from the key public sector agencies, voluntary and community sector, private sector and other stakeholders. It plans to meet quarterly. It acts like a board of directors to set the strategic direction of the Partnership and to monitor performance, focusing on how collaborative action between the partner agencies with clear accountability can improve service delivery for local people and strengthen local communities. The Partnership Board Terms of Reference, Partnership Board Composition and a Code of Conduct for all individuals involved throughout the DCP, are currently being updated. They will be downloadable from this page and our documents to download page as soon as they are available.
