This page is currently under review The Performance Management Group will comprise of senior managers from each of the Partners, Co-ordinators from each of the Thematic Partnerships and the Chairs of the Partnership’s sub-groups (SPIG etc.) with active involvement from community representatives. The Group advises the Board on policy, devises action plans to deliver the Partnership’s strategy, monitors performance of these plans and then reports to the Partnership Board on what is being achieved. The Group focuses on encouraging partners to work together when delivering services to the public. The Performance Management Group terms of reference is currently being updated.
